Why do I keep losing WiFi connection?
If your WiFi disconnects, it’s worth waiting a couple of minutes and then attempting to connect again.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to speak to the Train Manager and ask for the train number. Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to call 0333 000 2377 and quote that number.
If you paid for your WiFi, you just need to look at the internet email receipt you received to discover your train number and call 0333 000 2377.
I’m having trouble connecting, what shall I do?
Make sure you’ve followed all the steps above or talk to a member of our team. If that doesn’t work, you can call our service desk on 0333 000 2377.
Are there any restrictions?
You’ll be able to get on most sites when you’re connected, but we do have to block video and audio streaming, catch up TV and any other sites that will put a strain on the bandwidth.
This is so everyone can have the best possible surfing experience.
